Confidentiality We pledge to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of our search activities in order to protect the interests of both clients and candidates. Timely Feedback We endeavor to provide timely and truthful feedback throughout the search process to both clients and candidates. Lifetime Off-Limits We pledge never to re-approach candidates we have placed as long as they are employed by the firm which hired them through us. CV Management To protect the interests of our candidates, we pledge not to forward a candidate’s CV to any client without first obtaining prior approval from the candidate in question. |
