maintaining an up to date network of personal contacts in the various candidate pools within each of our chosen
practice areas.We reject the usual executive search firm model, which is driven by a team of researchers who generate candidates for the search consultants to review. This is a lengthy and imprecise process. In our search method, our personal networking is supplemented by the researchers, rather than being dependent on them. Having worked in the financial markets ourselves, we understand how the different roles on and around the trading floor function and interrelate.
