 It is our desire to provide a customized service, tailored to the needs and desires of each individual client. As a result, our terms and conditions will vary depending on the requirements of the individual search.
However, unless other terms and conditions are agreed in advance, our standard fee for retained searches, contingency searches and speculative introductions is 30% of the successful candidate's first year guaranteed compensation, including base salary, bonuses and other allowances. Full search mandates are usually undertaken only on a retained basis. The intital retainer is calculated as one-third of the expected total fee based on an estimate of the compensation package which will be required to attract appropriate candidates.
